After spending 19 years in my own marriage, which brought me three beautiful children and a purpose-driven life serving others, I found myself lost at a crossroad between divorce and staying married. It was a challenging and confusing time, but I sought help by spending four years in counseling, talking to others, and joining various recovery groups. Through this journey, I developed a system that I believe can help others in similar situations.
As a certified life coach and an ordained minister, I have a wealth of personal and professional experience as an entrepreneur. What drew me to this profession was my ability to empathize with the struggles of others. I have been through the same painful experience of divorce, loss, and infidelity, but I emerged stronger and more determined than ever to help others navigate through their own struggles.
With my background in both business and ministry, I have built my own coaching practice from scratch, giving me valuable insights and guidance to offer my clients who face unique challenges in starting and growing a business. My approach to coaching is different because I combine my personal and professional experiences to understand my clients' struggles and offer practical advice to help them overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
If you're struggling with a troubled marriage, going through a divorce, or have already been divorced, I am the person you can trust to provide the guidance and support you need.

Life coaching is a process in which a coach works with a client to identify and achieve personal goals and aspirations. The coach acts as a guide, helping the client to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set realistic goals, and develop strategies for achieving those goals.
Life coaching typically starts with an initial intake session, during which the coach will ask the client questions to gain a better understanding of their current situation, goals, and challenges. After the initial session, the coach will work with the client to develop a plan of action that includes specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals.
Throughout the coaching process, the coach will work with the client to help them stay on track and make progress towards their goals. This may involve regular check-ins, goal-setting and progress reviews, exercises and activities to build skills and capabilities, and strategies for dealing with setbacks or obstacles.
The coach will also provide support, guidance, and accountability to the client. They will help the client to identify and overcome any limiting beliefs or obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their goals. They will also help the client to stay motivated, focused, and on track.
Overall, the goal of life coaching is to empower the client to take control of their life, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. It's important to note that while the coach can provide guidance and support, the client is ultimately responsible for their own progress and success.
