After 19 years of marriage and three wonderful children, I found myself at a crossroads between divorce and staying married. It was a tough and confusing time, but I sought help through four years of counseling, conversations, and recovery groups. Through this journey, I developed a system to help others in similar situations.
As a certified life coach and ordained minister, I draw on personal and professional experience. I've faced divorce, loss, and infidelity, emerging stronger and determined to help others navigate their struggles.
With a background in business and ministry, I built my coaching practice from scratch, offering valuable insights to clients starting and growing their businesses.
My unique approach combines personal and professional experiences to understand my clients' struggles and provide practical advice.
If you're facing a troubled marriage, going through a divorce, or adjusting to single parenthood, I can offer the guidance and support you need to find your purpose and thrive.

Life coaching is a process in which a coach works with a client to identify and achieve personal goals and aspirations. The coach acts as a guide, helping the client to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set realistic goals, and develop strategies for achieving those goals.
Life coaching typically starts with an initial intake session, during which the coach will ask the client questions to gain a better understanding of their current situation, goals, and challenges. After the initial session, the coach will work with the client to develop a plan of action that includes specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals.
Throughout the coaching process, the coach will work with the client to help them stay on track and make progress towards their goals. This may involve regular check-ins, goal-setting and progress reviews, exercises and activities to build skills and capabilities, and strategies for dealing with setbacks or obstacles.
The coach will also provide support, guidance, and accountability to the client. They will help the client to identify and overcome any limiting beliefs or obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their goals. They will also help the client to stay motivated, focused, and on track.
Overall, the goal of life coaching is to empower the client to take control of their life, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. It's important to note that while the coach can provide guidance and support, the client is ultimately responsible for their own progress and success.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
